Below you will find the decision reached by the Arbitration Board on wage increases for the IC-I sectors.
Effective dates of the new rates
To take account of the administrative and data processing constraints surrounding the calculation and wage payments, the parties have agreed that wage rates decided by the Arbitration Board will apply as of April 2018 without retroactivity calculation on the salaries between this date and the signature of this decision.
FOR THESE REASONS, the Arbitration Board
DECIDED that the hourly wage rates of workers in the institutional and commercial sector and industrial sector, as of April 30th 2017 shall be increased by the following percentage for each of the four years of the two collective agreements:
From May 1st 2017 to April 28th 2018: 2,10%
From April 29th 2018 to April 27th 2019: 2,10%
From April 28th 2019 to April 25th 2020: 2,10%
From April 26th 2020 to April 30th 2021: 2,15%
